Ball of Energy (Poem)

You are merely a ball of energy, pulsating quietly
Contracted and expanded, dense and thin, repeatedly
The ball of energy is floating around, rubbing against one another
Influencing by seen, heard, touched, and felt

We are merely a ball of energy, exchanging our own essence
The more you do, the more your energy will blend in
Invisible shells melt down to become part of him, them, or you
Suddenly hit by a split second of happiness, astonishment, or bewilderment

Through our human eyes
We appear to be separate, distant, and isolated
But in light years
We are one ball of energy combined, intertwined, and interconnected

Raise your vibration, by quieting your mind
Do what you love, what you enjoy, and what you believe is right
Measured only by your spiritual consciousness, not by law
As your energy grows, the universal ball of energy will in turn grow as a whole
